Xbox Games Showcase 2026 delivered a packed lineup of game announcements, surprise reveals, and new trailers. Here's every game announced during the event.
The past week or so has been like Christmas for gamers, no matter which platform they play on. From PlayStation’s State of Play to the Summer Game Fest to Xbox Games Showcase 2026, great games have been on display, in abundance, everywhere.
The latest event among these three to take place, the Xbox Games Showcase, has left players buzzing for at least two different reasons. One obviously being the flurry of upcoming Xbox games shown during the presentation, whereas the other reason for excitement among fans is the Asha Sharma-led company’s return to console exclusivity later in 2026.
The following list contains everything, including Xbox first-party games and various third-party titles, shown during this year’s Xbox Games Showcase.

Since this event doubled as a celebration of Xbox completing 25 years in the business, a new hardware lineup titled Xbox 25th Anniversary Collection was also revealed. This special range of products includes Xbox Series X25 console and controller, which are a themed Xbox Series X and Xbox Series controller respectively. Their evocative translucent green shell is a callback to an identical special edition of the original Xbox released around 2004.
These special edition products have no official launch date but are set to hit the shelves in November. Prices and pre-order information are also planned to be shared in the coming weeks.
Among all the aforementioned games, Gears Of War: E-Day and Clockwork Revolution stand out because they mark Xbox’s changed stance on exclusivity. After basically starting transition into being a multi-platform game publisher in 2024, the Microsoft subsidiary now seems to be keeping certain first-party titles permanently locked to its own console hardware.
With a new CEO at the helm, Xbox has been making major changes one after the other, and the latest change of heart on console exclusivity is yet another notable move. Hence, it will be interesting to see how PlayStation reacts to its rival’s shifting strategy in the coming months.
Even more so, it will be really intriguing to see how Sharma’s big moves pan out and how they contribute towards helping Xbox’s declining revenue go up again. While learning from fan feedback and catering to your core audience are two important facets of the job, the sales part is undeniably the most decisive one.
