Upcoming Apple Products in 2026: Full list of what to expect

Uncover the biggest Apple product launches coming in 2026, including new iPhones, Macs, smart home devices, and the company's boldest innovations yet.

Apple’s 2026 product lineup has turned out to be much bigger than a typical iPhone refresh. After months of rumors, Apple has now officially unveiled the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, its first foldable iPhone Duo, Apple Watch Series 12, Apple Watch Ultra 4, and AirPods 5.

That is only part of the story. Apple has already refreshed several Macs and iPads earlier this year, including MacBook Neo, MacBook Pro M5 Pro & M5 Max, MacBook Air M5, iPad Air M4, Mac mini M6 & M5 Pro, and Mac Studio M5 Max & M5 Ultra.

However, the list doesn’t end here. Here, I have shared all the upcoming Apple products that are still rumored or expected so you can quickly see what you should still wait for.

Apple products still expected later in 2026

Apple’s September event has already eliminated many of the biggest unknowns surrounding its 2026 lineup.

However, several products are still expected or rumored at the end of the year, from October to December, with no officially confirmed launch dates.

iPad mini with OLED

The next iPad mini is expected to move from an LCD panel to OLED, which would bring deeper blacks, better contrast, and improved HDR performance.

Apple could also upgrade the chip to a newer A19 Pro or A20 Pro processor, giving the compact tablet considerably more performance for Apple Intelligence and demanding apps.

Other rumored changes include improved water resistance and a vibration-based speaker system.

MacBook Pro with M6 Pro and M6 Max

MacBook Pro with M6 Pro and M6 Max

Apple has already introduced the M6 chip in the Mac mini, so the next major step is bringing M6-class silicon to Apple’s professional laptops.

A redesigned MacBook Pro with M6 Pro and M6 Max chips is expected later in 2026. Reports have suggested a thinner, lightweight design, OLED displays, and potentially even a touchscreen, packed with next-gen features like cellular support.

If the redesigned MacBook Pro arrives this year, it could become one of Apple’s biggest Mac upgrades in several years.

iMac with M6

The next-gen 24-inch iMac is also expected to receive an M6 update with some new color options.

The main upgrade is likely to be internal rather than a dramatic redesign. Apple could use the M6 chip to deliver faster CPU, GPU, and AI performance while retaining the colorful all-in-one design that defines the current iMac.

A larger iMac or an OLED iMac remains a longer-term possibility rather than something I would count on for 2026.

iPad 12th Generation with Apple Intelligence

The Apple iPad 12th generation is expected to be Apple’s next entry-level tablet.

Rumors suggest it will feature a powerful A18 chip, which could enable Apple Intelligence AI features, Stage Manager 2, Wi-Fi 7, improved multitasking, and smoother everyday performance.

The device is also expected to include around 8GB of RAM, making it better suited for productivity, creative apps, and advanced iPadOS features.

While the overall design may remain similar to the current model, the new iPad could still offer an 11-inch Liquid Retina display, 12MP cameras, and Touch ID, along with improved efficiency.

Apple Home and Display Products

Apple Home and Display Products
  • Apple Studio Display 2 with mini‑LED backlighting, ProMotion support (120Hz), Thunderbolt 5, and 5K resolution.
  • A new Apple TV 4K with A17 Pro chipset, built-in FaceTime camera, Wi-Fi 7, and 8GB RAM for Apple Intelligence, Siri AI support, and an updated Siri remote.
  • Home devices like HomePod mini 2 are also likely. It may have an S9 chip or newer with Siri AI, mesh extender support, UWB 2.0, Wi-Fi 7, better sound tuning, and new colors.
  • HomePod Smart Display (or Apple Home Hub) may arrive with a 7-inch display with a magnetic dock or stand, a built-in camera for FaceTime, an A18 chip for Apple Intelligence, and Siri AI integration.

Apple products that could arrive in 2027 or later

Not everything Apple is working on is necessarily coming in 2026. These products are strongly rumored but don’t yet have a clear launch quarter:

MacBook Ultra

The rumored MacBook Ultra might turn out to be the company’s most ambitious Mac laptop yet. Current design reports point to a thinner body, OLED display, and touchscreen support, potentially making it the first Mac with a touchscreen.

The laptop is also rumored to replace the familiar display notch with an iPhone-style Dynamic Island, while Apple could explore built-in cellular connectivity. Recent reports suggest the first model may use M5 Pro and M5 Max chips.

The MacBook Ultra is expected to sit above the MacBook Pro in Apple’s lineup and be more expensive. The launch date is not clear, but according to current information, the product might be announced in late 2026 or early 2027.

AirPods Pro with Cameras

AirPods Pro with on-device cameras for visual AI features and improved spatial intelligence are expected to debut this year.

Apple is reportedly developing multiple versions of camera-equipped AirPods, including models identified by the codenames B790 and B798. A leaked video found in macOS Tahoe 26.7 appears to demonstrate the technology, showing a user looking at a book while Siri uses Visual Intelligence to recognize and remember it.

Apple Glasses / AR Wearables

Apple’s long-anticipated AR glasses may be unveiled, potentially late in 2026 or teased for a 2027 ship window.

AR and security devices

  • A first-party smart security camera and video doorbell with Face ID support.
  • Targeting a 2027 launch, Vision Air could serve as a lightweight and budget-friendly alternative to Vision Pro. It is expected to be ~40% lighter with a magnesium alloy or plastic frame and likely powered by an A-series chip.

Why 2026 is such an important year for Apple

Apple’s strategy in 2026 is shaping up to be more aggressive, category-expanding, and ecosystem-wide than in typical years. The combination of staple updates (like iPhones and Macs), breakthrough category bets (foldables, Apple Glasses, smart home hubs), and AI-oriented experiences places 2026 as a pivotal year for consumer hardware and Apple’s long-term vision.
