After months of wait and speculations, iPhone 13 series is finally revealed and set to release soon. And boy oh boy, was it a mixed bag or what? Some rumors like smaller notch, ProMotion 120HZ display, 1TB storage, pink color, bigger battery, etc., came to fruition.

While some hopes like always-on display and satellite communications were shattered. There were some surprises as well; let’s check out what made their way to the 2021 iPhones.

Apple iPhone 13 release date

You can get your hand on 2021 quite soon, as the pre-order starts from September 17, and the official iPhone 13 release date is set to be September 24, 2021.

And before we go further and discuss all four devices in detail, here’s a shot of iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13. Indeed a sight for sore eyes!

All four iPhone 13 series carry the same display size, flat-edged design, and Ceramic Shield glass as their 2020 predecessor. So, in terms of the basic form factor, nothing much has changed. However, visually, there is a massive change; we’ve finally got a smaller notch!

Thanks to a redesigned TrueDepth camera system housed in 20 percent less space, the iPhone 13 series finally sports a smaller notch without compromising Face ID.

As rumored, the camera bump in iPhone 13 series has some alterations. The iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini sport diagonally arranged lenses in the rear.

Moreover, iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max boast beautiful stainless steel rims around all three sapphire crystal lens, enhancing both looks and protection quotient of the device.

The Pro models are available in four mesmerizing shades, graphite, gold, silver, and sierra blue. Reportedly, the all-new sierra blue is crafted using layers of nanometer-scale metallic ceramics for a stunning and durable finish.

While Apple doesn’t explain its reason, it claims a giant leap in battery life in all four variants. We suspect a bigger battery and better optimization with iOS 15 and A15 chip is to be credited.

Apple events are usually not complete without terms like ‘best ever,’ ‘fastest ever,’ ‘smartest ever.’ And this time around, it uses all those adjectives for the camera system in all four iPhone 13 variants.
