1. Quickly Correct Your Equation

Oops, hit “3720” instead of “3702”? No worries! With iOS 26, the Calculator app got back the C/AC button that was missing in the iOS 18 redesign. Now, you can use:

1. The backspace key (top-left) deletes one digit at a time.
2. The new C/AC button sits next to it. While typing a number, tapping C deletes that entire number and leaves earlier parts of your equation intact.
3. When you tap and hold the C button, it flips to AC, clearing the whole equation.

Even in my testing, I found it hard to make Siri do this simple trick. If you are facing the same issue, it could be because tipping might not be a custom in your region; hence, Siri was not programmed to show you results accordingly. Regardless, you can still use this feature. Here’s how:

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Siri & Search.
   On iOS 18, you need to select Siri.
3. Tap Listen for → Select Off → Turn off.
4. Then, select “Siri” or “Hey Siri” → Enable Siri and set up Siri again.
   
   
5. Next, Wake Siri and say, “Hey Siri.”
6. After Siri responds, proceed with the query, and you will get the solution.
   
   

12. Use an Apple Watch to Calculate a Tip

If you have an Apple Watch, then calculating tips is much easier.

1. Open the Calculator app on your Apple Watch.
2. Enter an amount and tap Tip.
